Brown, Leal & Associates has completed diversified civil engineering and surveying projects throughout the Rio Grande Valley such as Urban and Rural roadway and drainage improvement projects, Right-of-Way Strip Map and acquisition projects, route studies, land planning and subdivision development, marine and port facilities improvement projects, park development projects, airport improvements, land surveying and international bridge projects.

Brown, Leal & Associates offers up to date computerized surveying, design and drafting capabilities utilizing AUTOCAD, DCA, SDMS and CAICE programs. The firm is locally owned, and all employees are local residents.  Although Brown, Leal & Associates is relatively a small consulting firm, we take pride in providing the highest standards of service and have developed a reputation as one of the leading firms in the Rio Grande Valley in quality of service.

Brown, Leal & Associates has completed most of the projects at Valley International Airport during the past thirty years.  Brown, Leal & Associates has done many projects for the City of Harlingen, City of Rio Hondo, City of Los Indios, City of Port Isabel, and many utility projects for the Harlingen Water Works Systems, the Water Board for the City of Rio Hondo, Military Highway Water Supply Corporation and the East Rio Hondo Water Supply Corporation.  

Brown, Leal & Associates has performed many roadway, utility, surveying and marine related projects for the Port Isabel – San Benito Navigation extensive number of private surveys, subdivisions and land acquisition projects for Cameron County Engineering Department.
